Thank you to everyone for all the wonderful emails, notes, text messages, hugs, and silences. Many people have said that they don’t know what to say. Some of the messages I’ve received have been hilarious; some have been touching; some have been simple, perfect acknowledgements. I am so lucky to have such amazing friends and family.
